Mod Seamaster Silver Blue

Beautiful watch, it’s a shame it didn’t work at all. After much back-and-forth, I was finally able to return it with a provided FedEx label. I am anxiously awaiting its replacement. Hopefully this one works.UPDATE: I received the replacement, loved looking at it, don’t really love the band, cause it’s a little short, so I haven’t been wearing it. I put it on today and was doing some housework, and dishes, and it is full of water. I am not impressed with USA mod watch. The worst customer service I’ve ever experience.

I just recently purchased a Seiko Speedmaster, 41 mm, I wore on my wrist and was doing some work outside and I noticed water condensation inside the watch please contact me at [****] or via email. [****].

Great watch. All finishes are precise and it looks just as good as watches at significantly higher price points. If you care more about having a great looking watch on your arm then thousands of dollars for a name this watch is it.

Love it! I do wish I’d selected a different bracelet though. That one is not as comfortable and adjustable as I’d hoped. The luminosity of the hand and number spots are not as bright as I thought they would be (based on the pictures on your website) but they’ll work.
Overall I’m pretty satisfied.

I have a problem and a complaint with my new watch.

I've been wearing my first Skyrim watch, a Mod Seamaster Vll for two weeks.

I love the watch face, I am very dissatisfied with the watch band.

Finite adjustment on my wrist is poor. It is either to tight or to loose. More importantly, the band is simply uncomfortable. I really wanted your watchband to be different.

I have the same issue with similar watches and their metal watch bands. I usually end up buy non metal bands.

How can I swap for a non metal band?

My complaint, there were no watch maintence or instructions anywhere in the box. No link to a website - nada.

What are my options?

I was hoping it would be great but expecting to be disappointed, however it’s genuinely incredible. the quality and feel is that of a 10k watch. The detail is also impressive. Even the strap feels like it’s worth far more than purchase price of the entire watch. I could not be happier with it. Thank you.

This is now my 3rd watch from this company. I am very happy with the product. I get compliments all the time. To be honest at his prices there are more I will be buying down the road. First two watches were in my hands within about 2 weeks. The last one this one was in my hand in about a week as it was in stock item. He is a great communicator. As my first purchase I was certainly nervous. Now I would not even hesitate to buy another.

Watch arrived just after Christmas, having been held by the courier for some time. Watch was beautifully packed, and I was genuinely surprised and impressed by its overall appearance and weight. Took me a little time to work out how to adjust the strap, but actually very easy when you understand how it operates. I have a perfect fit. The watch is keeping excellent time. I own several expensive brands. This watch is up there in both quality and appearance. Would definitely recommend.

Appalling customer service ordered if it was allowed it will be a no star review unfortunately it has to be a 1 star under protest. I ordered a watch 1 month ago still waiting to receive it. I have emailed mor than seven times and get the excuse its at handling centre or the at the couriers. I am at my wits end and to add insult to injury after yesterdays email complaining about delivery they had the audacity to offer me a 15% discount on my next order . They have had my money for over a month and still no watch. It will be interesting to see when I receive it .

The watch is ok, bust expected it to be heavier as with seikos I have purchased in the past. Because it’s light it feels cheap. I bought this as a wear everyday day dosnt matter if it gets scratched watch so yes it’s fine.
