Mod Submariner Two-Tone Gold Blue

First seiko mod purchase, and I’m blown away by the quality and build of this Seiko Submariner mod.

(I have Rolex submariners and Omega seamasters. I also have vintage Seiko divers and recently got into Seiko PADI)

This is a great watch, good weight, good finish detailing. The watch band clasp has a good feel and good adjustment. A very good price point. Sweet watch! Love the vintage aesthetic of the watch, strap is ok but love the hesalite crystal! it just scratches very easily but can be buffed/sanded out with some high grit emory cloth and some polishing compound. Looks killer with my artem sailcloth strap.

I received the item in good condition, upon opening, I found the quality lacking, the crystal was very bubble shaped and extended considerably above the bezel, the bezel looked to be of low quality, like it would flake apart quickly, and the strap was the cheapest imitation nato strap I’ve seen. I requested a return never herd back from them, called a week later they said request another return through email, I finally heard back from them, sent it back(paid $22 to ship it back). It might be the right watch for some but I found it very lacking for the price.
